As an HR Manager, you will support management in establishing a high-performing organization by attracting and developing talent, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Missions
- Ensure the establishment and monitoring of HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies.
- Support management in designing an organization fit for purpose.
- Promote employee engagement and the development of company culture.
- Attract talent and lead the recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Implement and drive performance management, appraisal, and reward processes.
- Identify training needs and develop training and career development plans.
- Coordinate payroll with the fiduciary and maintain employee records in accordance with legal and internal requirements.
- Participate in month-end closing activities and budgeting processes in coordination with the finance team.
- Support management in handling disciplinary and grievance issues.
Profil du candidat
- Knowledge of Swiss labor regulations and high integrity.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Manager.
- Mastery of HR processes: talent management, learning and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Change management skills and business acumen.
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
