We are a dynamic team focused on modernizing the retailing approach for airlines and other industry players. Our work involves stakeholder engagement, industry adoption, implementation support, and industry tools.
Collaborate
with SMEs: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather learning
material. Ensure language is coherent and consistent across different experts’
contributions.
Test and validate new content and learning journeys with future participants of the program and make recommendations.
Support development of a knowledge assessment tool (Strong XL and/or Power BI expertise)
Support market rollout: Assist in the industry launch and onboarding activities of the new platform
Brainstorming Sessions: Participate and contribute to brainstorming sessions, leveraging pilot feedback to improve and enhance the project.
Research: Conduct research on the latest trends and developments in retailing and learning methods and make recommendations.
Please note that these tasks may vary depending on the specific needs of the pilot phase and the initiative.
You
are a recent (less than 12 months) University degree/post-graduate degree in
Education, Learning Design, Retailing or a related field. You must be available
to start quickly and work on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) for at least
6 months.
Power BI and/or strong XL skills are a plus.
Experience or knowledge in retail topics and / or adult learning design is an advantage.
Excellent English is essential.
Experience in project coordination would be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
