Responsibilities:

• Planning and conducting performance and stress tests to evaluate system reliability under various conditions.
• Designing test environments that replicate real-world usage scenarios, ensuring accurate system validation.
• Developing and maintaining advanced tools for automated data validation and analysis.
• Conducting security and compliance checks to ensure solutions meet industry standards.
• Collaborating with DevOps teams to monitor and improve the integration of testing pipelines within deployment workflows.
• Performing root-cause analysis of system failures and documenting actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies for distributed systems and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or TestNG).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Understanding of cloud ecosystems (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure) and monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.
• Proficiency in scripting with Groovy, JavaScript, or Python for building test scripts and tools.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to produce clear documentation in English.
