Job Description

We are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. Working model - Hybrid Policy in Chiasso (Switzerland)

Contract: Permanent, full-time (36 h/week)

Responsibilities:

Support the Head of the PMO to run some of our key processes including - but not limited to - Strategy and OKR definition and portfolio management

Own and manage the end-to-end investment and budgeting process for projects

Act as a liaison between the PMO, Finance, and other departments to facilitate communication and align financial strategies on projects

Identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and systems

Deliver results. Learn from mistakes. Iterate.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields

Proficient in Excel with strong data management

Experience in budgeting and financial analysis is a plus

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills: comfortable tackling complex problems and breaking these down into manageable pieces

Strong interpersonal skills able to communicate, influence and adapt communication at different levels of organisation

Excellent organisational and planning skills demonstrating attention to detail

Team players. Ready to help and support teammates, adding up to the team. Share openly and transparently

Discomfort seekers. You never settle. Resourceful, intellectually curious, empathetic, strive for success mindset, comfortable with change

Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus
