Position:
Do you have 2 to 3 years experience as a trust administrator under your belt, and perhaps thinking about a change in 2025? Under the supervision of a senior trust administrator, you will take administrative responsibility for a portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring that first class service is provided to all clients, intermediaries and other stakeholders.
Tasks to include, but not limited to:
- Client contact, attendance at client meetings, supporting the more senior members of the team
- Day to day administration of various entities, including incorporation and liquidation of companies, creation and termination of Trusts
- Dealing with all formalities relating to bank-account openings and maintaining good relationships with banks and other third parties, on behalf of clients
- Processing expense payments and trust distributions
- Set up and onboarding of new clients in the administration system; document fulfilment for KYC and FATCA/ES and CRS related matters, onboarding, preparation of closing binders
- Monitoring and assisting of invoice payments
- Preparation of resolutions, minutes of boards of directors and minutes of general meetings, responses to KYC requests
- Preparation of memorandums and notes on specific transactions on important events related to the life of trusts
- Risk management process through the identification and reporting of specific risks or risks trends to Senior Management and meet all governance, controls and compliance requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal policy and procedures
Profile:
- Bachelors degree
- STEP qualification or working towards
- 2-4 years' experience in a similar position within the trust industry as trust administrator or trust officer
- Bilingual/mother-tongue English
- Excellent team player, autonomous and proactive
- Used to delivering high quality work with meticulous attention to detail and managing tight deadlines
- Driven, committed and hard-working
- Already in possession of a Swiss work permit or eligible (Swiss/EU/EFTA nationals or equivalent)
- Happy to work full-time (no home office)
