To reinforce the Sales Planning department, an extended branch of Sales that consists of Digital, Sales and Retail International teams at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a
SALES PLANNING ANALYST 100%
Job description
Main responsibilities will include:
- POS and DC Replenishment: Manage Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Distribution Center (DC) watch replenishment, ensuring accurate forecasting and conducting detailed sales and stock analyses for assigned subsidiaries
- Market Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for international markets, addressing new and ongoing product and supply chain-related inquiries
- Forecasting and Launch Planning: Oversee the preparation, consolidation and verification of Market Forecasts (used for production planning) and Launch Plans (used for initial deliveries of new product launches)
- Inventory Allocation: Strategically allocate and manage low-stock or limited-edition watches for global markets in alignment with predefined strategies
- System Development: Contribute to the testing and continuous improvement of SWATCH's in-house replenishment and forecasting systems
- Trade Catalogue Creation: Develop trade catalogues for new launches, including Swatch and Flik Flak products
- Core Collection Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses and provide recommendations for Swatch's core product collections
- Reproduction Needs Assessment: Evaluate reproduction requirements for Swatch's Novelty Collections
- Global Sales Forecasting: Forecast worldwide sales for the Core Collection
- Ad Hoc Projects: Lead or participate in special projects related to sales and planning as required
Profile
Professional requirements and profile
- Commercial degree
- Background in Planning /Sales / Supply Chain / Logistics / Customer Service
- Advanced Excel skills (a must), OLAP knowledge is a plus
- Knowledgeable in PowerBI / SAP / other analytical skills a plus

In addition to the above, you have a customer service mindset and a flair for figures. You are proactive and independent, with a talent for organisation, communication, and project management. Furthermore, you are a problem solver, with a positive, fun attitude and work ethic.
Languages
You are fluent in English, French and/or German. Any other languages are an advantage.
