DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
This role is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in a professional environment while balancing their studies. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support and gain exposure to office operations, including purchasing, asset management, and coordination with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with filing, data entry, and managing correspondence (emails, letters, and phone calls).
• Create purchase orders and order office assets or equipment via web platforms.
• Track and manage orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Request and order visuals for projects or campaigns.
• Send finalized visuals and specifications to suppliers, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Help manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
• Support in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
• Monitor office supplies and assist with restocking or placing orders as needed.
• Provide general support for team members and ongoing projects as needed.
PROFIL ATTENDU Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a university or similar program (business, administration, or related field preferred).
• Prior administrative experience is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with online ordering platforms and purchase order systems.
• Basic understanding of design file formats and visual assets is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills in French and English (Oral and Written) B2 level minimum
