Lead Marketing Food 100% (m/w/d)

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Lead Marketing Food 100% (m/w/d) in Basel as of 24.02.2025.
Your Tasks
- You lead commercial calendar initiatives and ensure consistency in food marketing activities.
- You drive overall food activities with structured retro-planning and timing overview.
- You lead initiatives from kick-off to debriefing, ensuring all milestones are met.
- You work closely with Marketing Non-Food, CRM, PR teams, and other stakeholders to align on marketing strategies.
- You manage relevant briefings to content factory, agencies, and visual merchandising, including reviewing promo-briefings.
- You organize production, pre- and post-production processes, including PPM, retouching, and content selection.
- You prepare, review, and confirm media plans for food initiatives.
- You take full ownership of short-term promotions and ensure consistent execution of ongoing campaigns.
- You oversee the food marketing budget, ensuring alignment with management targets.
- You analyze campaign results and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- You guide project leaders, provide mentorship, and support team growth.
your profile
- You have a degree in marketing or have completed a marketing apprenticeship programme.
- You have at least 5 years' experience in a marketing role or as a project manager.
- You are a strong leader with a clear vision.
- You have a good understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- You have the analytical and conceptual skills to evaluate results and improve them over time.
- You excel at managing deadlines and are able to escalate problems quickly.
- You adapt easily to new contexts, work well under pressure and manage several priorities simultaneously.
- You have strong collaborative skills and work well with cross-functional teams.
- You have a passion for distribution and/or consumer goods.
- You are fluent in French and English. German is a plus.
