The Bioanalytical Associate Project Scientist is a full-time position working in our Corporate Headquarters in Lincoln, NE, just south of downtown.
As a Bioanalytical Associate Project Scientist, you will provide scientific review and oversight of bioanalytical projects with all levels of complexity and with some supervision and peer review. You will support associates in production and validation teams, provide guidance and technical training, problem-solving, and bioanalytical study management.
Essential Functions
*Identify issues with assay performance and work with appropriate personnel to resolve and/or troubleshoot
*Perform, review and approve data regression.
*Mentor and train bioanalytical analysts in all aspects of production and validation support.
*Reporting of all study activities working with the BTO group.
*Ensure all QC/QA findings are completed in a timely manner.
*Communicate and problem-solve with BPI and management for at-risk projects (not meeting timelines, resources, etc.).

- Associates degree in a science-related field with 4 years of analytical experience preferred OR Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field with 2 years of analytical experience preferred.
- 3-6 years Celerion bench experience preferred
- 3 or more years of previous laboratory and/or GLP knowledge preferred
- Proficiency with computers
- Excellent oral and written skills
