Position Summary
About the Role:
As a Junior Project Manager at Jet Aviation, you will lead and support business projects. The variety of projects can be business process optimizations-, digitalization- or business transformation-projects. You will handle projects through all relevant project phases from initializing to completion of the project.
- Analyze and document business processes with key business stakeholders and define project scope and requirements
- Create and manage all project relevant documents
- Manage and mitigate project risks and project change requests
- Manage the project communication to business stakeholders including executive summaries reports
- Work closely with our IT PMO team or 3rd party vendors to ensure business requirements are met
- Support business to create training plans and training scripts
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferably in Aviation
- Experience in business aviation is a plus
- Exceptional analytical skills and solution-oriented mind-set
- Ability to adapt, innovate, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborative team player with the talent to inspire and influence
- Strong communication skills, fluently spoken in English
