How you can make an impact:
- Develop concepts for integrated enterprise performance management data models and innovative approaches to group consolidation, financial close and reporting
- Provide guidance on EPM systems and Record-to-Report end to end process optimization, improving consolidated financial statement preparation, and automating and integrating external and internal group reporting
- Support clients in EPM software selection processes
- Design and implement leading EPM software solutions, primarily using cutting-edge tools like OneStream, SAP Group Reporting, CCH Tagetik, Oracle Cloud or similar solutions
- Advise clients on post-implementation governance and target operating models for EPM systems.
- Take responsibility for managing and delivering projects, while providing leadership to team members
- Collaborate with your team to acquire new projects and create compelling sales presentations.
- Support the growth of our consulting team and contribute to enhancing Deloitte’s service offering
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent diplomas
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in audit or financial reporting consulting with a focus on consolidation, ideally with a Big 4 accounting firm, leading consulting firm, or industry group accounting/controlling function
- Strong understanding of IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER and finance/controlling processes.
- Sound knowledge and experience in group financial consolidation and Record-to-Report end to end process.
- Relevant experience with EPM solutions like OneStream, CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle Cloud, HFM, SAP FC/BPC/BCS or IBM Cognos Controller is advantageous.
- Knowledge of ERP, DWH, or BI solutions is a plus.
- Passion for digitizing finance processes and systems, with a hands-on approach to configuring and implementing leading EPM software solutions.
- Ability to build relevant internal and external networks in a fast-paced, international environment while fostering sustainable relationships.
- Proven project leadership experience, successfully delivering multiple engagements, exceeding client expectations, managing high-performing individuals, and handling quality and commercial aspects (budgets).
- Language skills: Excellent English is a must and preferably German or French skills

In our Finance Transformation team, we help CFOs transforming their function into Digital Finance. This includes implementing new technologies to automate current processes and to empower Finance to create more insights for the CFO to take on a strategic leadership role in the organisation. In this position you will work in a team with experienced and highly motivated colleagues on topics that are of highest priority for companies.
