We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join a dynamic team in Neuchâtel. This role is integral to industrial operations, focusing on both software development and automation tasks aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.

Description
- Develop, maintain, and debug industrial software solutions.
- Ensure the software meets high standards of quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Work on automation projects to enhance industrial processes.
- Implement and optimize automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in industrial automation.
- Interract and collaborate with all business stakeholders (clients, providers, users...).
Profile

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in React, C# and/or Java programming within an industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices.
- Experience with automation technologies and tools (Groovy/Splunk are a plus).

Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proven track record of writing high-quality, maintainable code in React, C# and/or Java.
