Du liebst es, Online-Marketing Pläne für unsere Kunden, meist innovative Unternehmen und Startups, umzusetzen. Deine Aufgabe besteht in der Ausführung kreativer Lösungen und somit der Sicherstellung des Wachstums unserer Kunden sowie daraus resultierend deren Zufriedenheit unserer Arbeit.
Du wirst unsere Kunden und alle Aspekte unseres Geschäfts schnell kennenlernen, daher solltest du eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe haben, digital versiert sein, hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mitbringen und keine Angst davor haben anzupacken.

Responsibilities:

Implement growth marketing concepts, strategies and campaigns for startups and established brands

Manage client accounts according to client offers, including raising tasks, possibly also client calls, providing updates and being the first point of contact for clients

Drive campaign performance by understanding business goals, monitoring and steering performance of campaigns to reach these goals

Coordinate a team of specialists to help with tasks, ensuring tasks are completed in line with client expectations, quality, deadlines and budget

Work with a range of channels to implement campaigns, including SEO, Google and social ads, email marketing, automation, content marketing, influencers, PR and more

Use data to review and analyse client performance, identifying opportunities and improvement areas to help grow clients and allow them to reach their goals

Achieve client happiness and ensuring efficient use of internal resources

Follow internal account management procedures, including budget controlling, invoicing and billing
-
Drive contract renewal to ensure continuity between projects and contribute to new client acquisition

German mother tongue, understanding Swiss German, English (fluent), all additional languages are a plus.

Able to work from the office min. 2x a week

Min. 2-3 years agency experience incl. ability to pitch ideas and proposals

Strong fundamental project management skills, you are on top of everything

Ability to derive insights, explain technical concepts

Passion for technology and digital business with an entrepreneurial spirit

Deep knowledge of at least 1 marketing channel (SEO, Google Ads, social ads, influencers, email, PR, content, Google Analytics) and social media platforms

Efficient approach to project work, with good logic and ability to work with spreadsheets, ability to work with data and analytics

Great problem solver and an ambitious mindset

Fantastic attention to detail and precision in work delivery

Strong listening skills

Ability to constantly acquire new and relevant skills to maintain the competitive edge

Bachelor’s Degree, ideally digital marketing, data analytics or media
