About the Role

Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for an IT Infrastructure Program Manager to plan, initiate, and manage IT infrastructure programs, including data center operations, cloud migrations, network upgrades, and enterprise IT systems implementations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and oversee IT infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, risk management plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor and report on program performance using KPIs to track progress and ensure timely delivery.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
• Ensure robust architecture and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure alignment on program objectives.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive decision-making and resolve conflicts to maintain program momentum.

• Manage vendor relationships, including RFPs, contracts, and performance evaluations.
• Allocate resources efficiently across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ensure optimal utilization of team capabilities, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure program management, including cloud, data centers, and enterprise IT systems.
• Strong understanding of technical architectures and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and drive program success.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and resource allocation.
• Language: English required, German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Basel once a month.
