Our Pharma Global Product Strategy (GPS) team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by driving the strategic direction of our innovative product portfolio. As a member of the GPS team, you will be at the forefront of transforming groundbreaking scientific discoveries into accessible and impactful healthcare solutions for patients worldwide. As a Commercial Marketing Leader (CML) you are accountable for the executable marketing strategies within the integrated product or disease area (DA) iSP as defined by a cross-functional team in close collaboration with the commercialization strategy leader. You are either a core member of the CLT or a key member of the marketing community. CMLs sitting on CLT are expected to coordinate marketing efforts at a DA level as well as lead product level marketing efforts if necessary.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the marketing strategy at either the individual asset or DA level (including co-positioning of products in the DA, launch readiness of NMEs/ line extensions and/or driving GTM for launched and existing assets) required to achieve the desired outcomes in a disease area, together with medical and access functions

Ensure brand (unbranded/branded) consistency across all global and local customer touchpoints and champion content excellence in execution (including ease of reuse/scaling) Contribute to creating and expecting a “core and common” approach to materials, balancing global alignment with regional flexibility to optimize brand impact and customer engagement

Leverage digital platforms, data analytics, and AI to drive omnichannel marketing strategies, ensuring that global and local touchpoints are integrated, consistent, and tailored for diverse customer needs.

Accountable for designing and executing customer centric iCX strategies that prioritize personalized and insight-driven customer journeys across global markets. Committed to build ICX acumen within the team

Sponsor/Lead/Deliver WPs identified by the CLT (pre-SREP work, commercial input into iSP update, launch readiness, integrated value narrative, competitive scenario planning, TPP input, business case/opportunity analysis…)

May sit on LCTs or serve as QUAD member as needed depending on size of DA, and cadence of strategic work (SREPs, launches, CDP development etc)
Who You Are

Proven track record of delivering across all lifecycle of products (pre/peri launch, value maximization and sunsetting) including:

Creation integrated, data-driven strategies that align with customer insights and deliver personalized, impactful experiences across all touchpoints.

Experience in strategic planning, including developing omnichannel ICX strategies that enhance customer engagement and experience globally.

Exceptional interpersonal and partnering skills with a proven ability to lead through influence, effectively driving results within cross-functional, virtual, and matrixed environments.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unprecedented challenges, using data-driven insights to make high-impact decisions

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate both strategic vision and tactical execution clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.

4-8 years of experience in global and/or affiliate marketing with a strong track record of translating strategies into actionable execution and delivering measurable results
