Tâches
- Assister à l'implémentation de nouveaux projets IT, axés sur le Cloud.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour garantir l'alignement avec les objectifs IT.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration de la cybersécurité et à la réponse aux incidents.
Compétences
- Études en informatique, télécommunications ou discipline similaire requises.
- Capacité à apprendre rapidement et à utiliser les compétences efficacement.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Aufgaben
- Assist in implementation of new IT projects, focusing on Cloud infrastructure and services (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), Security improvements, DevOps framework and routine automation.
- Collaborate with team members in implementing these projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and IT standards.
- Troubleshooting Issues and Service Interruptions: resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Cyber Security Improvements and Incident Response: contributing to the development and implementation of security measures to enhance system defense and incident response.
- Documentation: assistance in maintaining up-to-date documentation of the IT-Infrastructure & IT-Security, including network diagrams, system configurations, and security policies.
Qualifikationen
- Pursuing bachelor's or master's degree in an IT-related discipline, Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar - with a strong preference for students from ETF.
- Thrive on collaboration, working side by side with people of all backgrounds and disciplines, and you have very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have the ability to learn new skills quickly and use the skills efficiently
- Have a good understanding of one or more of the following: computer networks, operating systems, cloud environments, cyber security concepts, scripting and programing.
- Highly motivated and have a passion for technology and learning
- Proficiency in English. German language skills are a big advantage
