Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Group Financial Planning team as a Data and Process Automation Intern/Officer. The primary focus of this role will be to support the automation, streamlining, and reporting of financial data and loadings in our reporting systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a curiosity for data, a strong aptitude for numbers, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Your role
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for data and process automation, streamline reporting processes, and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement automation solutions for financial data loading and reporting in our reporting systems.
• Create and maintain workflows in Alteryx to automate repetitive tasks and data manipulation.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
Your profile
• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Alteryx is a strong asset, programming skills in Python or VBA is a plus.
• Interest in finance, financial planning, and analysis.
• Prior experience in process automation or data manipulation is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• French proficiency is mandatory, English is highly desirable
• Resident in Switzerland, or willing to relocate.
