As a working student in the The Product & Lifecycle Excellence Team and its Learning Organization, you will work on a variety of topics related to organizational transformation, collaborating with international cross-functional teams in the Smart Infrastructure Buildings Product Organization. Your new responsibilities
- Contribute to WorkshopsExecution: Support in planningstructured agendas to guide workshop sessions. Create engaging virtual boards to facilitate visual collaboration and brainstorming. Support the facilitation process to ensure active participation and effective communication during workshops, and document key outcomes for actionable follow-up
- Collaborate on Organizational Transformation Initiatives: Actively participate in various workstreams aimed at driving organizational change. Support the transformation team with the Project Management Office (PMO) activities, ensuring alignment and coordination across projects. Prepare relevant documentation to support transformation efforts
- Develop and Deliver Effective Communication Materials: Create and design communication materials such as newsletters to keep the organization informed and engaged. Assist in preparing high-impact presentations for senior management, ensuring clarity, relevance, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives
- Enhance Internal Knowledge Platforms: Maintain and improve the internal Confluence/Wiki, ensuring content is current, accessible, and easy to navigate. Use IT skills to implement continuous improvements, enhancing user experience and supporting knowledge sharing across the organization
- Gather and analyze feedback from workshops and training sessions to identify improvement areas. Document and analyze lessons learned from various transformation initiatives to improve the ways of working in the organization
Yourtalentsandexperiences
- Enrolled at a Swiss university in a relevant field of study (e.g., Digital Business Management or similar)
- Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines
- Interest in adopting new technologies (e.g., AI) in the daily work
- Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Motivated and communicative personality with an eagerness to learn and take on responsibilities
- Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus
