In order to complete our Marketing team, we are seeking a:
Your responsibilities:
- Define the yearly media strategy and guidelines for timepieces
- Provide media directions for campaign pushes (launch plans) to be followed by market and ensure global alignment
- Implement paid social, display and paid search campaigns in collaboration with the media agency from campaign brief to results analysis
- Supervise corporate print advertising in collaboration with the media agency
- Review and support local paid media activities including Asian digital platforms and make sure they are in line with the brand strategy
- Review and support Asia and Wholesale in their organic activities
- Brief the creative team on all advertising content needs
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns (campaigns KPIs, website traffic, sales, purchase drivers) and share input for optimization and new opportunities
- Be responsible for the media plan platform for timepieces (training of brand managers, credentials requests, input corporate activities, markets updates)
- Define and track the corporate advertising budget
- Review the retail and wholesale marketing plans and ensure they are in budget
- Follow-up the corporate & Meta invoices
Your profile:
- Degree in Marketing and Communication or equivalent
- Min 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Fluency in both French and English and excellent writing skills in both languages
- Computer literate, solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in the watchmaking industry is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player
- Easy communicator, able to drive markets and communicate with cross functional teams
- Committed, persevering and self-organized
