As a Warehouse Operator on our Oxford Compounding site, you are happiest when you are moving, and we will not disappoint!

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 12.00 pm - 8.00 pm.
What you will be doing in the Warehouse Area :
- Receive and book raw materials
- Locate raw materials in the Warehouse as the need arises
- Process and load Baxter goods and Raw Materials for dispatch
- Support in the day-to-day running of the Warehouse duties
- Align with EHS/GMP/GDP company & corporate policies and external regulatory requirement
- Contact Quality assurance, Team Leaders and Supervisors of any deviations from the process
- Placing orders where needed for Raw Materials and items required for Production
- Replenish Stock locations when needed
- Internal packaging operation support, including packaging and labelling of supplies
- Data entry in applicable GMP inventory/distribution systems
- Material stock monitoring, usage, and quantity tracking
- Generate reports/documents from multiple systems

- Do you possess outstanding communication skills and an eye for detail?
- Are you adept at taking ownership of tasks and working independently?
- If you also have computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and previous experience in a regulated environment or with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), this is the opportunity you've been looking for.
