We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Operations Manager to join our team for a 6-month temporary mission, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This position will focus on HR operations across the EMEA region.

Missions
- Global HR Management: Utilize your extensive global experience in HR operations, particularly in the EMEA region, to manage and oversee HR functions.
- Payroll and Immigration: Administer payroll processes, manage immigration matters, and maintain HR systems with a high level of expertise and accuracy.
- Policy Administration: Ensure meticulous attention to detail in the administration of HR policies and procedures, keeping them up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across various functions within the organization, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless HR operations.
Profil du candidat
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations with a global focus, particularly in the EMEA region.
- Proactive Approach: Demonstrate a sense of urgency and a proactive approach to work, anticipating needs and addressing them promptly.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional administrative attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all HR processes and documentation.
- HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of payroll, immigration, and HR systems, with the ability to navigate complex HR landscapes.
- Collaboration: Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a global organization, working effectively with diverse teams and departments.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and influence a positive workplace culture, promoting collaboration and problem-solving.
