Our Global Graduate Program is your gateway to an incredible adventure, where you'll build the skills and knowledge that will set you on the path to success.

Your Role:

As a Trading Graduate at Gunvor, you will be a part of a dynamic and innovative team. This 24-month rotational program offers you hands-on experience in commodities trading. You will be exposed to various aspects of our trading operations, risk management, and market analysis. The program includes rotations through different desks, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the commodities trading industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with experienced traders and analysts.

• Learn about risk management and trade execution.

• Analyse market trends and gather valuable insights.

• Participate in trading operations and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Recent University degree in Commodity Trading, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related fields.

• 0-12 months of work experience, excluding internships (ideally in commodities).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Drive for results and agility.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Selection Process:

Our selection process is designed to find the brightest talents who are eager to embark on this incredible journey. Here's how it works:

Screening & Assessment (until December 2024): Our recruiters will diligently screen applications as they are submitted and match the information to our selection criteria.

• Assessment: If your application passes the initial review, you'll be invited to participate in our online assessments. Here, we get to see your numerical, cognitive ability, and problem-solving skills.

• Initial Interview: Successful candidates from the assessments will proceed to an interview where we'll discuss your qualifications, experiences, and your passion for the commodities trading world.

Selection Days (January 2025): The final stage includes our face-to-face Selection Days, scheduled for January 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to get to know you better, and for you to learn more about Gunvor
