The opportunity

As an Apprentice Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating our apprenticeship program in Switzerland. You will work closely with our educational partner, our apprentices, trainers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful training experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the professional growth of apprentices in a dynamic and international environment. If you are passionate about vocational education and enjoy working with young talents, we invite you to join our team on this temporary, part-time (50%) position until December 31, 2025.

Recruitment of apprentices from all professions in close collaboration with internal and external partners

Support project tasks e.g. planning and implementing workshops
Your background

Firm knowledge of the vocational training system in Switzerland

Ideally Bachelor degree in Human Resources or in a related field

1-2 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role and/or talent management/employer branding

A self-starter by nature, you are highly conscientious in your approach, as well as displaying team spirit, a quick intellect and finely honed planning and organizational skills

Willingness and ability to work in an international matrix and multi-cultural environment

Fluency in English & German is mandatory
