What you can do
- Data: Work hands-on with different data sets to generate insights in early project state and shape data products with your passion to drive the business forward
- Machine Learning: You are experienced enough to decide about the suitable analysis and can apply the appropriate machine learning solutions to various problems
- Business Insight: Work in close partnership with internal teams, bridging the gap between advanced data analysis and business functions
- Agile Methodology: Adapt and contribute to the agile development process, responding flexibly to changing project requirements and priorities
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay abreast of the latest in developments in machine learning and share insights with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
What you have to offer
- Master's degree or PhD in economics, business informatics, computer science, engineering, or similar aswell as proven track record in advanced analytics and machine learning, preferably in the Swiss healthcare sector
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills in addition with advanced knowledge of statistical methods, data modeling and working with databases;experience with Neural Networks is a plus
- You are fluent in Python and SQL, other scripting languages (e.g. R) and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI); experience with Cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure, is an advantage
- A team player with excellent communication skills, committed to contributing positively to our team's dynamics and project success
- An adaptable and agile mindset, ready to contribute to evolving project needs and changing focus areas
- Language proficiency in German or French, in addition to fluency in English, to ensure seamless communication within our diverse team.
Salary
- 13th monthly salary
