We are seeking an experienced Tender & Bid Specialist/Technical Writer to join our International Institutions Business Unit’s Bid Team.
The objective is to increase our capacity to manage tenders while enhancing the quality and effectiveness of our responses. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing winning proposals for clients, including the European Commission, EU bodies and agencies, and the United Nations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive and in-depth analysis of tender requirements and design tailored responses.
- Develop high-quality technical content to describe proposed approaches and methodologies, project planning and timelines, project organization, and technical solutions.
- Review and refine contents produced by other team members.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to develop and finalize proposals.
- Actively participate in meetings and workshops for tender preparation.
- Analyse post-submission feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical writing.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience in writing IT-related bids, preferably in the public sector.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to organize information clearly and logically.
- Knowledge of French is a plus.
Work location:
- Brussels or Vimercate (Milano-IT)
