Senior IT Manager - Your Partner in Private Markets

Primary responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of in-house applications (CRM, SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI, EDM, Abacus, etc.), implementing and managing software updates, training users in the use of new tools
• Network infrastructure: management of the local network and associated equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.), configuration and maintenance of workstations, implementation and management of telephony solutions
• Resolving technical incidents (connection problems, software, hardware), training users in IT tools
• Systems security: implementation and maintenance of IT security measures, regular data back-ups, raising users’ awareness of good security practices
• Working with external service providers
• Managing the coordination of change-related projects, in direct liaison with management

Profile

• IT Engineer (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• Significant experience in a similar position (minimum 7 years full-time), ideally in an SME with around 100 employees
• Very good knowledge of Windows environments and associated office applications
• Experience of Microsoft solutions and associated applications
• Experience of local networks and operating systems
• Knowledge of IT security
• Ability to solve technical problems and find appropriate solutions
• Customer service skills and ability to communicate with non-technical users
• Rigour, organisation and ability to manage priorities
• Autonomous and proactive
• Languages: fluent French + good knowledge of English and/or German
