The 25hours Hotel Zürich West is the first 25hours Hotel in Switzerland and was designed by the well-known designer Alfredo Häberli. It offers 123 rooms, exciting conference facilities and plenty of space for stories and adventures. In the RIBELLI restaurant, everything revolves around genuine Italian cuisine: from pizza and oven dishes to wine and Italian craft beer. In typical 25hours style, the service is informal and personal. We are a young team and love our “you” culture mixed with good manners.

From “Grüezi” to “Adieu”: Together with the team at reception, you ensure happy guests from the first to the last moment.

Job Description

How does your working day look like..

At the reception, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic

You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time

You’ll make sure things run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel reception, and that the admin processes for the team run perfectly

You step in for the Front Office Manager when she/ he is away.

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

You've completed hospitality training, gained leadership experience at the front office, and speak fluent German and English. Additional languages are advantageous.

You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this, you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve

You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it

You’re not just bringing your abilities (Opera), but also your character

• You live in Switzerland
