Your Role

As a Guest Relations Officer, your responsibilities will include:

Excellence Operational Tasks:

  • Orchestrating the client journey from arrival to departure, ensuring every moment reflects the excellence of Clinique La Prairie.
  • Responding rapidly and consistently to guest requests throughout their stay with quality-focused service.
  • Personalizing every guest experience by cultivating a deep understanding of individual preferences.
  • Anticipating guest needs and coordinating specific requests with precision and care.
  • Transforming every client interaction into an opportunity to deliver service recovery with elegance and turn challenges into client delight.
  • Collaborating with all departments to ensure seamless and exceptional service.
  • Handling guest payments efficiently and in accordance with established protocols.

Innovation and Service Excellence:

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance service standards through guest feedback analysis.
  • Contributing to optimized Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by proposing and implementing targeted initiatives.
  • Supporting new team members by sharing best practices and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Adhering to and continuously improving the service blueprint to elevate every step of the client journey.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a professional with a unique blend of luxury service expertise and a passion for client satisfaction:

  • Education: CFC de commerce, master’s degree or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is strongly preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment (e.g., Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental) or high-level client relations is essential.
  • Familiarity with luxury quality standards (e.g., LQA, Forbes) is an asset.
  • Languages: Advanced proficiency in French and English is mandatory; additional languages are an asset.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, empathic, active listener, client-oriented attitude, and team collaboration abilities; a demonstrated capacity to anticipate and exceed the expectations of international clients.
  • A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences and thriving in a collaborative environment.

Working Conditions

  • Schedule: Variable shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, 42.5 hours per week.
  • Weekend Availability: Mandatory presence on weekends to ensure optimal guest reception.
  • Rest Days: Two consecutive days off per week.
