Are you a skilled IT project leader with a strong background in managing complex initiatives and driving technical solutions in alignment with enterprise strategies? Join our team to lead impactful projects and deliver IT excellence, working at the intersection of technology and business in a dynamic environment. We're looking for a results-driven professional with proven expertise in IT delivery, stakeholder management, and agile methodologies.

Tasks:

• Oversee and efficiently manage large-scale initiatives with IT impacts or lead IT delivery for a Tribe consisting of multiple Agile squads
• Evaluate business requirements, user epics, and stories, driving scope and backlog definition in collaboration with all stakeholders
• Ensure that technical solutions align with Sunrise's current and future enterprise architecture
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the project lifecycle, from setup to implementation and ensuring operational stability of delivered solutions
• Develop and control project timelines, staffing, budgets, and quality metrics
• Identify and address bottlenecks and impediments that could jeopardize delivery success
• Manage change effectively throughout the entire delivery lifecycle
   

Requirements:

• A university degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration
• 10+ years of experience in IT project management and/or Agile delivery, preferably in the telecom, technology, or consulting sectors
• Certifications in Agile and/or project management methodologies
• Extensive experience in the telecom industry and/or managing large-scale IT implementations
• Hands-on expertise in both predictive and iterative project management approaches
• Demonstrated business analysis skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with technical teams while maintaining a strong business focus
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
