Our client, a leading organization based in Geneva, is seeking an experienced Technical Architect SuccessFactors to design, evolve, and manage the architecture and mapping of their HR Information System (HRIS).

Description

Architecture Design and Development: Lead the design, documentation, and evolution of HRIS architecture, focusing on SuccessFactors modules and integration with other systems.

Data Management and Integration: Develop and maintain data mapping, flows, and integration between SuccessFactors and other business applications (e.g., Payroll, Finance, ERP).

System Scalability and Optimization: Ensure the HRIS architecture is adaptable to organizational growth, delivering efficiency in data processing and system interactions.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to manage and implement system changes, upgrades, and enhancements while adhering to project timelines.

Security and Compliance: Maintain high standards for data security and privacy, ensuring the HRIS complies with regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices.

Documentation and Training: Develop detailed technical documentation and provide training for end-users and stakeholders to ensure seamless system use and adoption.

Profile

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in HRIS or IT architecture, with at least 3 years dedicated to SuccessFactors implementation and customization.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and other key modules; experience with integration tools (e.g., API, ETL) and data modeling.

Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects in complex, multi-application environments, with experience in Agile methodologies a plus.

Certifications: Certifications in SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, etc.) and TOGAF or a similar architecture framework is preferred.
