We are looking for a Global Compensation & Benefits Expert to support the development, implementation and governance of the global rewards strategy. This role will work closely with regional and local HR teams to ensure alignment with company policies and market best practices.

Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end compensation and benefits projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collect, analyze and maintains up-to-date salary and benefits data, preparing reports for key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and proposes innovative, value-added solutions.
- Support governance processes for compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonus payouts, and other rewards initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with global compensation guidelines during annual salary reviews, verifying adherence to budgets and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of senior leadership compensation and liaise with local HR teams for updates and clarifications.
- Serve as a key liaison for regional and local HR teams, providing guidance, tools and communication to ensure consistency in compensation practices.
- Conduct quality checks on compensation data reported to headquarters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Profile
