As a Training Specialist in Leadership, you will be the cornerstone of the leadership training initiatives of our client. Reporting to the Leadership & Change Management Specialist, you will coordinate and deliver training modules, helping to develop the skills of our future leaders.
French and English fluency is a must.
Our client is a luxury company.
Missions
- Identify Training Needs: Collaborate with the Specialist to define leadership training needs.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Lead leadership programs, such as the Manager's Pathway.
- Coordinate Training Actions: Ensure smooth coordination with the Training Center.
- Analyze and Improve: Evaluate training feedback and propose continuous improvements.
- Support Talent Management: Assist in the deployment of talent management processes and tools.
Profil du candidat
- Education: Certificate in Leadership required. A university degree specializing in training is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial setting.
- Technical Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
- Proven experience in delivering training.
- Ability to work agilely and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Action-oriented with the capability to execute operational tasks.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
