We are seeking for a Temporary Document Sorting Assistants to support our Employee Services Team in organizing and sorting confidential employee documentation as part of an ongoing cleanup and compliance project. One position will be based in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland.
This role is ideal for university students or individuals with strong attention to detail who are looking for short-term work experience in a structured environment. The primary responsibility is to review, categorize, and sort physical HR-related documents based on predefined guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort and organize HR documentation based on legal and company guidelines.
- Ensure all documents are placed in the correct labeled folders or boxes.
- Follow strict confidentiality and data security protocols while handling sensitive materials.
- Identify and flag misplaced or incorrectly categorized documents.
- Conduct a quality check to confirm the accuracy of the sorting process.
- Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to ensure documents are properly archived or disposed of as necessary.
- Provide feedback on sorting instructions and suggest improvements if necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines precisely.
- Fluent in English and proficiency in German. Additional language skills are beneficial.
- Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
