Job Purpose:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support and perform various tasks related to end-users' IT environment, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency. This includes:
- Productivity Tools: MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat
- Enterprise Content Management: MS SharePoint
- Business Applications: Core Banking System (S2I), Bloomberg
- Communication Systems: Video conferencing, IP phones
- Operating Systems: Windows 10
- IT Equipment: Laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
Main Responsibilities:
Incident and Request Management
- Identify, record, categorize, and prioritize incidents and service requests related to end-users' IT environment.
- Investigate and resolve incidents; escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Document and close resolved incidents and fulfilled requests.
- Contribute to the improvement of incident management procedures.
End-User Systems Management
- Install and deploy end-user hardware and software following provided instructions and tools, ensuring proper handover to users.
- Oversee the end-user equipment lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date asset registry.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master’s degree in IT is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in both French and English is required
- Strong expertise in managing workstations and laptops running Windows 10
- Good knowledge of Active Directory
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Basic understanding of SharePoint
- Familiarity with IP phones and video conferencing systems
- Basic knowledge of software deployment tools
