Senior Snowflake Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

Data is the core of modern businesses - and with Snowflake, we take it to the next level. For our client in the Basel area, we are looking for an expert who works with large datasets in a modern cloud environment and develops smart solutions.

Your Mission:

• Develop and optimize high-performance, scalable data solutions with Snowflake.
• Write efficient SQL queries and develop data models that create real value.
• Automate and optimize ETL/ELT processes for smooth data flows.
• Work closely with data scientists, developers, and business teams to drive data-driven innovations.
• Integrate Snowflake with other platforms such as ServiceNow.

What You Bring:

• Several years of experience with Snowflake on cloud data platforms
• Strong SQL skills - you know how to write and optimize high-performance queries
• Programming knowledge in Python or another language such as Java, C++, or Scala
• Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and cloud technologies
• Know-how in performance tuning and optimizing data processes
• Experience with AWS or other cloud environments is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a dynamic team
• Very good English skills, German skills are a plus
