The Head of Treasury & Investor Relations has a strategic position in the organisation. He is a Finance professional with an ownership of the following domains: Treasury operations across the group, Cash Flow Management, Financial Communication, Refinancing Activities and Group Debt Management.
As Head of Treasury & Investor Relations, you will report directly to the CFO, and regularly interact with the CEO, the Management Board and the Group Shareholders. You will have one direct report to support you managing the day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities
Cash Flow Management
- Overseeing financial control activities related to the Free Cash Flow down to the Equity Free Cash Flow of the group, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and disclosures with focus on the Working Capital analysis, Capex and Financial activities…
- Strong implication in the budgeting and forecasting processes. Summarising budget trends, analysing deficiencies and reporting variances to CFO, Management Board and Shareholders
- Business modelling
- Implication in the overall strategic planning
- Ownership of the business plan of the company
Treasury Management
- Develop and execute the Group treasury strategy and policies
- Manage the Group cash and liquidity positions across all entities
- Oversee working capital management and optimization
- Lead banking relationships and negotiate facilities
- Manage FX risk and hedging strategies (forward, cross currency swaps, options,…)
- Oversee debt portfolio and capital structure optimization
- Lead cost reduction in treasury operation with the aim to minimize funding cost
Investor Relations Leadership:
- Develop and execute global IR strategy
- Lead, together with the CFO, communications with investors, analysts, and rating agencies
- Manage quarterly earnings releases and presentations
- Organize investor/analyst meetings and roadshows
- Enhance market perception and valuation metrics
- Monitor market trends and peer analysis
- Manage IR content on corporate website and IR interactions point
- Handle ESG-related investor queries with the support of the Sustainability Manager
What you bring
- 5-10 years of hands-on and strategic experience in treasury and IR roles, or alternatively transaction services or financial services
- Experience in managing treasury operations, including hedging portfolio
- Strong financial skills and understanding of global financial markets
- Ability to address Capital Structure and Treasury requirements
- Experience in managing rating agency relationships is a plus
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Excellent business judgment and decision-making skills
- Result oriented - excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Able to work and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and collaborative team player and project management skills, with ability to bring projects to timely completion. Experience in working in a constant growth and dynamic environment
