Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of production, including planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that goods are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage and lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in paint/coating/chemical/pharmaceutical production
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong knowledge of production management.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Proficiency in English
