As a Junior Treasury Analyst and Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the Treasury transformation and change agenda. Collaborating with subject matter experts within Group Treasury and across the organization, you will help navigate the ever-changing landscape of Treasury and address pressing business needs and regulatory requirements.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and contributing to Treasury change projects from the initial idea to inception and completing, working closely with IT and other stakeholders

Budgeting and planning, definition of business requirements, development of infrastructure solutions, implementation etc.)

Supporting senior management decision-making by preparing high-quality materials and presentations on business process enhancements, project progress, and strategic initiatives

Conducting in-depth financial analysis to explain and forecast key balance sheet elements, earnings sensitivities, and other critical Treasury metrics supporting the business and your projects

Providing actionable insights and recommendations through your projects to optimize financial resources, manage interest rate risk, and enhance balance sheet structure, while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies
YOUR PROFILE

University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field

Post-graduate qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM, CIIA) desirable, but not essential

Ideally, 1 - 3 years of experiences in a similar role within Treasury or Treasury Risk Management either in the financial services industry or a management consulting firm

Track record in handling and analysis of large amounts of data and financial modelling, programming skills (e.g. Python, VBA) will be a plus

Experience in managing projects including the coordination with various stakeholder groups

Hands on, solution and delivery-oriented mind-set with track record of close collaboration across corporate functions levels of seniority

An independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and attention to detail and a focus on quality results
