Tasks

• Develop and characterize novel in vivo oncology models
• Conduct efficacy studies with cutting-edge radioligand therapies
• Perform biodistribution studies and metabolite analysis
• Carry out pre-clinical imaging studies, including PET/SPECT/uCT
• Support colleagues with various in vitro and ex vivo activities (e.g., cell culture, flow cytometry, IHC, immunofluorescence, PCR, Western blotting)
   

Requirements

• Experience in conducting animal studies (animal handling, drug application, sampling, animal welfare regulations, small laboratory animal surgery)
• LTK1 or equivalent qualification required
• Qualified Lab Technician (apprenticeship/vocational training), BSc or MSc in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, biotechnology, pharmacology, or a related field
• Experience working with open radioactive sources is advantageous
