Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Cologuard Monitoring and Response team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leveraging data collection, analysis, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the order-to-cash funnel. The intern will work closely with various departments to ensure data-driven insights are effectively utilized and acted upon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and focusing on key performance indicators to provide insights to stakeholders within the organization.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to help design data dashboards and reporting tools.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Contribute to the creation of response teams to address key business opportunities.
• Assist in presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in data analytics, business operations, and strategic decision-making.
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
