Are you an experienced professional in supplier quality management with a passion for driving supplier development? Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? If so, we are looking for you to join our Supplier Enablement Team as a QC Enablement Manager.
QC Enablement Manager (m/w/d)
Activities
- Enable supplier quality by managing qualifications, conducting training, and performing inspections
- Assist suppliers in conducting inspections according to standards, including training and documentation
- Analyze quality notifications and inspection planning; monitor and report on supplier performance
- Lead root cause analysis of non-conformities and verify corrective measures
- Ensure quality assurance through Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) and maintain records
- Participate in supplier audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives (8D, RCA)
- Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and QC teams for seamless integration
- Create and maintain training documents and manuals, manage certifications, and handle exceptions
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic, machine mechanic
- Further education in mechanical engineering and/or quality management
- Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving
- Expertise in quality management tools and methodologies
- Experience of working on CMM and/or laser tracker & the procedures will be of advantage
- Trained to perform audits at supplier side
- Very good IT knowledge (Microsoft 365, SAP)
- Sociable and able to work in a team
- Flexibility of international traveling, ca. 10% - 30% mainly in the region EMEA
- Fluent in English and good understanding of German
