Tâches
- Diriger des projets complexes de modernisation et de réparation.
- Assurer la responsabilité financière du projet dans les délais impartis.
- Servir de point de contact principal pour les clients et partenaires.
Compétences
- Diplôme en ingénierie mécanique ou électrique avec 5 ans d'expérience.
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et allemand.
- Capacité à gérer des contrats et à négocier des déviations.

How you can make an impact
• Managing and leading complex Modernization, Revision and Repair Projects and leading the project team including internal partners, intercompany organizations, subcontractors, as well as external interfaces from the project kick-off until final takeover
• Profit and loss responsibility for the allocated project by delivering the project within time, budget and cash targets in the required quality whilst optimizing the margin
• Main point of contact for the customers regarding contractual, planning and commercial topics
• Managing and leading of the internal and external project administration, the change management process as well as risk- and opportunity management
• Leading of frequent project progress meetings during project execution and coordination between the involved departments
• Periodic reporting of the project status and project results to the regional management board
• Support of sales and tendering activities
• Reduced travel activities
How you will contribute
• Universal degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent and further economic education
• 5 Years of experience in managing challenging and complex projects in an international environment
• Sound professional experience in the area of plant engineering or rolling stock business
• Ability to manage the contract, identify scope creep and negotiate deviations and claims
• Very good communication skills in English and German; any other additional languages is beneficial
• Purposeful, structured and entrepreneurial thinking person
• Team player with a high degree of ownership, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Project Management Certification beneficial
