On behalf of our client, a prestigious private investment office based in Geneva, we are seeking an:
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing timely support and addressing inquiries.
- Manage client transfers, cash management tasks, and ensure the accurate processing of payment requests and transactions.
- Maintain, update, and manage CRM systems, ensuring accuracy in client data, correspondence, and account information.
- Address client requests and resolve issues on an ad-hoc basis, delivering efficient solutions.
- Provide support to portfolio managers by assisting with administrative tasks and offering backup as needed.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and client interactions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist with general office management, including welcoming visitors and facilitating office coordination.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a family office or financial services company in Switzerland.
- Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
