Are you passionate about leading digital transformation and driving impactful changes in Marketing, MarTech and Sales workflows? As a Senior Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping future strategies, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing operational efficiency. Join us to steer high-profile projects and lead teams toward success in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Tasks:
- Develop forward-thinking visions and strategies for your area of responsibility, recommending tools and technologies that align with organizational objectives
- Create comprehensive concepts aligned with the Business Architecture and Business Solution Design
- Provide expert consulting to operational teams, especially in B2B marketing and sales, by staying updated on industry trends, tools, and technological advancements
- Facilitate and lead workshops with key stakeholders to define and gather requirements for process improvements within cross-functional teams
- Proactively engage stakeholders and provide clear, timely project updates through SteerCo and other communication channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Exceptional skills in data presentation, analysis, and developing actionable strategies and concepts
- Inclusive and adaptable personality, capable of managing diverse levels and types of stakeholders
- Strong drive, initiative, and a proactive attitude, with a desire to challenge the status quo and make a tangible impact
- Proven experience and certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot (Account Engagement), Sales Cloud, Data Cloud and MarTech
- Ability to work both conceptually and in hands-on execution
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French and/or Italian is an advantage
