The mission of the Sales & Operations Coordinator is to support the smooth delivery of programs through financial and administrative coordination. This includes managing budgets, invoices, and reports, assisting faculty with logistics, and maintaining accurate data and dashboards in collaboration with internal teams.
What will you do?
- Assist Program Coordinators as well as Consultants in managing budgets and financial reports, in liaison with Finance requests.
- Collaborate with the Events and F&B departments to maintain and update financial dashboards.
- Ensure timely completion of invoicing.
- Support Program Coordinators in purchase orders, budget reconciliation, and closure.
- Prepare financial summaries and reports for management review.
- Provide administrative support to the program faculty including scheduling, travel arrangements, reimbursements, and related tasks.
- Gather and maintain data for and assist in preparing post-program review reports, using Google forms and other survey tools.
- Prepare statistics and reports on program participation, marketing responses and evaluations.
Who you are?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or experienced CFC.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You have 2-3 years’ work experience preferably in the hospitality and/or service industry.
- You have demonstrated ability to work with multicultural teams and in an international environment.
- You are detail-oriented and able to work in a team atmosphere and are recognized for your organization and adaptability skills.
- You are also able to work independently, proactively and efficiently.
- You have demonstrated expertise in MS Office tools with excellent knowledge of Excel and have good analytical and data processing skills.
- You are fluent in English, French being a plus.
