YOUR MISSION

As a CHANEL Beauty Advisor, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. Your role is to offer exceptional service, represent the CHANEL values with elegance, and achieve sales targets while creating an exclusive and welcoming atmosphere.

You are representing Avolta in the area of perfume & cosmetics. You are service-orientated and friendly with a fresh and welcoming approach to assist our international customers during their shopping experience. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage in a confident, professional and competent manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

✔ Client Experience & Sales:

• Engage with customers and provide a warm welcome at the counter
• Identify clients’ needs and offer tailor-made beauty recommendations
• Provide expert consultations across fragrance, make-up, and skincare
• Inspire clients to explore the CHANEL universe and discover additional products
• Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring an elevated luxury experience

✔ Brand Representation:

• Uphold the CHANEL image through impeccable presentation & service
• Educate customers about CHANEL’s heritage, innovations, and products

✔ Boutique Operations & Merchandising:

• Maintain a beautifully presented counter in line with CHANEL guidelines
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the Counter Manager
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operational and administrative tasks

✔ Collaboration & Team Spirit:

• Work closely with the Counter Manager and CHANEL team
• Collaborate with retail partners and freelancers when required

REQUIREMENTS

What You Bring:

Passion for beauty, fashion & luxury

Strong interpersonal skills & a client-centric mindset

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Motivation to continuously learn and grow

Strong expertise in beauty consultation and product sales across fragrance, make-up, and skincare
