Description
- Manage and execute all payroll procedures for the organization
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates
- Prepare and submit reports on payroll operations to the management
- Maintain compliance with all local and federal laws and regulations related to payroll
- Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data
- Participate in payroll audits and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Stay current with changes in payroll and tax laws
Profile
A successful 'Payroll Accountant' should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English language, knowledge of another language will be a plus
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
