Key Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain the restaurant's wine list, ensuring it complements the menu and caters to various customer preferences.
• Oversee wine inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization of wines.
• Guide guests in choosing wines based on their preferences, the menu, or special occasions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality
• Knowledge of Wine Service and Etiquette
• Certified Sommelier
