We are currently recruiting for a Store Design Project Leader to join our International Visual Merchandising Department.
Job description
As a part of the Store Design Team you will be required to create, develop and coordinate implementation of our boutiques and shop-in-shops worldwide.

Your responsibilities
- Design of Tissot boutiques, shop-in-shops, kiosks and pop-up stores following the brand's design & technical guidelines.
- Creation of a full set of technical drawings and 3D renders, as well as project management of development from external agencies.
- Provide creative and technical support to local teams and professionals on Tissot retail concepts.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve standard furniture menu with the latest trends, materials, lighting and digital technologies.
- Communicate with Visual Merchandising and dedicated project managers as well as the Retailer's technical department in order to ensure that all designs are approved by all parties involved, within a set time schedule and budget.
- Liaise with the contractors, as well as the internal and external teams in order to control and approve construction drawings and materials, pilot the project to ensure successful and well-executed installations, on time and on budget.
- Travel on site for the important projects in order to check the quality of the build.
Profile
- Design or interior architecture background
- Knowledge of retail environment, shopfitting, construction, materials...
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
- Autonomous and at ease working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Proactive and open collaborative mindset
- Attention to details
- Creative and not afraid to propose out of the box ideas and improvements
- Interest in retail design and visual merchandising, curious about competition and latest trends in the industry
Professional requirements
- Education in interior design, architecture, industrial design or visual merchandising
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient computer skills in 3D modelling & rendering (Rhinoceros 3D, VRay), technical drawings (Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCAD or other), Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator & InDesign are a plus), Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Languages
French and English - excellent oral and written knowledge
