As General Manager France for ZG Lighting France, you will take full responsibility for one of our most important subsidiaries, overseeing a team of more than 150 employees. With a strong focus on results and performance, you will drive the development of the business, strengthen customer relationships, and foster a culture where sales excellence and passion for our premium lighting solutions go hand in hand.
Your Responsibility:
- Customer-Focused Sales Leadership: Empower your team to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensure the sales force is highly effective, results-oriented and focused on expanding our market presence through direct selling strategies.
- Strategic Leadership: Take full ownership of the subsidiary’s direction, operations, and profitability. Set clear priorities, drive decision-making, and ensure long-term market success
- Motivate and Unite: Bring leadership teams and employees together, foster a high-performance culture, and create an environment where everyone contributes to shared success.
- Sustainable Business Growth: Identify market opportunities, develop innovative approaches, and ensure the subsidiary consistently achieves profitable growth.
- Align Marketing and Sales: Strategically and operationally integrate these areas, creating synergies that accelerate success and enhance our market impact.
Your profile
- Sales-Driven and Results-Oriented: You have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, delivering measurable results, and achieving excellent outcomes. You excel in implementing direct selling approaches, prioritizing close customer interaction and tailored solutions over wholesale models.
- Industry Expertise: You bring experience from the lighting industry OR related sectors, such as building sector, telecommunications, or other B2B industries with a strong solution-selling focus.
- International & Strategic Mindset: You have an international profile, with a strong ability to adapt, strategize, and grow within a global organization. Career accelerators such as an Executive MBA, consulting background, or international work experience are highly valued.
- Leadership with Ambition: You are a high-potential talent, ready to take the step into General Management. You have prior experience in leading teams, ideally with P&L responsibility, and are eager to make a measurable impact
- Expert in Transformation and Growth: You have experience in companies undergoing growth or change and understand how to effectively build and enhance teams and structures.
- Local Expertise and Language Proficiency: You have worked in France, understand the local market dynamics, and are fluent in English and French, switching effortlessly between both in daily collaboration with teams, clients, and partners.
